On Thursday morning I tweeted that “there’s a slight possibility around the 30th, but nothing worth getting excited for at the moment.”
As of today we’re allowed to get a little excited, as long as you keep in mind that things can change.
In our featured image you’ll see the National Weather Service has half of MoCo in the enhanced risk section with the other half in the slight risk section.
This is a rain to snow situation and these are never easy to forecast. In this situation we have to pinpoint when the changeover will occur and that could mean an inch or two in either direction.
Right now it looks like a 1-3″ or 2-4″ type of event starting on Tuesday night and ending before sunrise Wednesday.
Please remember…this can, and likely will, change. I’ll keep an eye on it and let you know how this progresses.
